Personal training sessions allow me to work with you one on one (or bring a friend so it's two on one) to develop a custom physical activity program. We'll address your goals, health conditions, and previous experiences.
Group classes are an easy way to keep your fitness up. Have fun with a great group of people, but never feel pressured. If you can't do something, no problem! There's plenty of modifications available to suit everyone.
Specialty consultations are for you if you are looking for help in a particular area. We discuss fitness, nutrition, and outcome-based goal setting. Then figure out a plan to get you on the best path possible for a healthy lifestyle. I currently offer consultations in the following categories:

If you need help training because of a medical condition that requires extra precaution, I am here to help. I am GP Referral qualified, which means I can help you with conditions ranging from heart disease to arthritis to asthma/COPD to mental health conditions. I will work with you to make sure your routine is safe and sustainable.
