Personal training sessions allow me to work with you one on one (or bring a friend so it’s two on one) to develop a custom physical activity program. We’ll address your goals, health conditions, and previous experiences.
Group classes are an easy way to keep your fitness up. Have fun with a great group of people, but never feel pressured. If you can’t do something, no problem! There’s plenty of modifications available to suit everyone

Female Health Coaching
Physical Function Assessment
If you need help training because of a medical condition that requires extra precaution, I am here to help. I am GP Referral qualified, which means I can help you with conditions ranging from heart disease to arthritis to asthma/COPD to mental health conditions. I will work with you to make sure your routine is safe and sustainable.
How are you operating with Covid?
We have completed a comprehensive overview of the facility reopening process & have developed a robust plan that protects the health & safety of all participants. This includes documented risk assessments, the wearing of appropriate PPE, maintaining physical distancing, & health, hygiene & cleaning procedures. The plan is in line with the current Scottish Government guidance & will be reviewed & updated in line with any changes to the restrictions.
How do I get in touch with you?
How far in advance do I need to book?
I generally ask for at least 24 hours notice, but I may be able to squeeze you in on short notice.
Do you give nutrition advice?
Only registered dietitians can prescribe eating plans & dietary advice, however I have completed qualifications that enable me to provide nutritional strategies to help support your goals.
What women's health conditions do you have experience with?
I have experience with a wide variety of conditions including:
How do you help mums to be?
I can help guide pregnant women & new mothers on what physical activities are safe for them to perform. I can also help set the foundations for a healthy pregnancy, including the provision of information relative to mental well-being, nutrition, & exercise selection appropriate for each stage of pregnancy &/or postpartum.
Do you take men as clients?
Yes! I train loads of male clients of all fitness levels, abilities, ages, etc.
What should I wear & bring?
You should wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in. I'd also suggest comfortable gym style shoes.
I ask that you bring water to ensure that you remain well-hydrated. And if you are diabetic, you should also bring a fast acting carbohydrate source, such as glucose tablets, in the event that your blood sugar drops while exercising.
You may also wish to bring a sweat towel.
Where are you located?
In the converted carport at 8 Elsley Place, Buckie. According to one client, all that's missing is an iguana & you could be in Thailand!
Do you require a monthly commitment?
No I don't. Most clients train weekly & book sessions to fit around their schedules.
